The Learning Agility Test is an assessment tool based on the theory proposed by DeRue, Ashford, and Myers (2012). It identifies two underlying processes of individual agility: cognitive and behavioral. The cognitive process includes cognitive simulations, counterfactual thinking, and pattern recognition. Meanwhile, the behavioral process includes feedback seeking, experimentation, and reflection. This tool aims to assess an individual's ability to learn new things quickly and flexibly.
